Okay so I've got a blackberry Storm - without which I am lost.
My battery burnt out literally, now obviously I went out first thing in the morning a brought a new a battery.
But now whats happens is I put my phone onto charge as normal, infact its been on charge since 4pm yesterday and its now currently 1pm today. All that keeps happening is the red light comes on fades and my screen turns white with a battery and blue bolt running through it. When I've tried the battery pull its failed, infact when I take the battery out the process of the red light is the same without battery but still plugged in the red light comes on fade and then a white screeen with battery and red line through it comes up so all in all it been on charge 19+ hours and still no change. What does the blue bolt even mean? Is it ever going to work? I had it long enough to not be able to return it and also do not have insurance. There aren't problems with chargers - tried 3 all together.
What is going to help? I mean I'm patient but I don't want to be wasting my time.
