Hi guys,
I really need some help on my BB Bold 9900, it is virtually brand new and for some reason if I try to load the contacts app my entire phone will crash, and if I try to load the BBM app or App World they will not open at all. I then need to reboot my phone constantly until it works, it is very strange as sometimes it will work and sometimes it will not, it really drives me crazy because if my battery dies I need to go through a constant reboot process until it decides to work. Once BBM decides to load the contacts app and everything else will load too.
I have tried reloading the operating system and that did not work. I have also phoned my provider and they cannot help either.
Does anyone else have the same problem that they managed to fix?
