Im trying to download a torrent that's 7 gigs and I have 210 seeders and 368 peers, but my computer is only using 30 seeders and 20 peers. How can I speed this up? I've set the Bandwith Allocation to high. but it's still extremely slow at only 129 kbs! Please, how can I speed this up?

You do not have 210 seeders and 368 peers. Those numbers are estimates of potential seeders and peers based on the torrents recent activity. There is nothing you can do to make those people start uploading again except hope that some of them will. The numbers that count are the 30 and the 20, those are how many seeders and peers there actually are. Most torrents at some point will have a lot of activity when they are new, that settles down after a while. Most of those people will not continue to seed or connect again.

You also have no control over how fast other people upload so you are stuck with what you got...129Kbs.
