May 23, 2013 #2 C Corvato Member Jun 12, 2008 99 0 6 ALL broilers are on top, so your statement on the broiler on the bottom is incorrect if you have gas burners on top, which i assume, you can just turn those on and roast them by throwing them around until they are charred.
