Well actually ....

.... only the sale of “Seriously Bad Elf” beer which is a British import.

The label shows an elf with a slingshot firing Christmas ornaments at Santa's sleigh. Connecticut state regulations bar alcohol advertising with images, like Santa, that might appeal to children.

Seems though that the sale of "Santa's Butt" was ok last year though

I thought it was illegal to buy alcohol under 21 in your country ??? Or do they still consider the above 21 year old children ???

It is!

I suppose perhaps, if it is found in the fridge at home, children will think it is ok to consume if Santa is on the label. That is my only guess.

That is just silly....I see nothing wrong with the beer label. Its just another "political correctness" thing going on in my opinion

Give an American power and see what they do! Just joking, but seriously, those people are a bunch of morons.

I had read this before. I think there's a few people in Connecticut that could use a few pints of "Seriously Bad Elf" to lighten up some....
