Try buying a faster processor to speeds of 2.8GHz or 3.0GHz.

Other than that, it looks good.

Two things bug me....

1) That CPU is kinda weak and it'll bottleneck that video card a bit.

2) A "premium" 520w PSU is likely not going to really be able to output 520w, or be that efficient.
 
For a budget machine sure, it is certainly a good computer but don't expect to play Crysis on the highest supported resolution at 16x anti-aliasing.
