I'm flying into the international terminal and have a domstic flight 6 hours later. Delta lets Skymiles Elite members buy a day pass for $50, but not at Mumbai. Does Kingfisher?
The link below suggests any lounges there either do not let non-members use them or are terrible. You may be stuck waiting in the airport as exiting through customs can take quite some time.
