Are Black & Mild Cigars Worse Than Cigarettes?

Okay, let me just say, I have heard the whole "Don't smoke anything, smoking kills!" lecture a million times. I'm not trying to get into that, but more so which is worse, a pack of cigarettes or a pack of Black and Milds a day?

I used to smoke a pack of Marlboro Lights a day. I have recently been getting into Black and Mild Wine cigars. I find them much more enjoyable, and much less harsh on the lungs and throat.

Unlike many people, I do inhale these cigars. But what is worse, smoking a pack of cigarettes or a pack of Black & Milds a day? Thanks for any help.

Cigars are generally known for less carcinogens than cigarettes. I think there are maybe a handful versus the hundreds in cigarettes. And the tobacco is usually of higher quality. I have had black and milds and I can only manage maybe 2 a day.
