Anyone know of good, durable, inexpensive in-ear noise cancelling headphones?

My skullcandy's just broke, and i'm looking for a new pair of noise-canceling earbuds, but I can't find ANYTHING good - does anyone know of a pair of inexpensive ($30 at the most) in ear headphones that will last me a long time and have good sound quality?
