Any way to show the "spaces view" on both monitors in OS X using a dual screen setup?

I have a MBP unibody, connected to a 22in dell via DVI. I use spaces quite a bit, and it's annoying to have to look from one monitor to the other every time I need to switch.

More specifically, I have my large screen set as primary. Thus, when I hit my hotkey to open the spaces view, it shows on my large screen. If I'm working in an application that I have set to view on my MBP screen, I have to turn away from that monitor to look at the larger screen, switch apps, and then turn back. It's much more annoying then it sounds, I promise!

What I'm looking for is a method / hack / utility that will show the spaces view on both monitors, instead of just the primary one. (note, I'm talking about the view which shows all the spaces at one time, default hotkey is F8 I believe) Does such a tool exist?
