Any ideas for a formal half updo hair style that goes with this dress?

I bought a dress at Macy's for prom, and prom's Saturday. I would really appreciate it if you hairstylists out there would give me a hand and help me choose an appropriate half updo that goes with this dress (the link below). Note, this is NOT the dress I purchased, I just can't find it anywhere online :( this one is pretty similar though. And also, my hair is curly/wavy and is probably 4 inches below my shoulders if straightened.

Any cosmetologist who can actually see and feel your hair would be able to make the best recommendations. To look your best your hair should be styled to fit your face shape, not the style of the dress. For example if your face is round- and you were to pull the top back, it would make your face appear heavy. If your face is thin, you don't want anything too severe either. I would highly recommend going into a salon for a consultation. Wednesdays and Thursdays are typically slower in salons, so you should be able to find someone quickly. They will be able to suggest what would work the best. All we could do it throw out styles, they may not be the best for you.

Most importantly have your hair styled in a way that makes you feel confident and beautiful!
Have Fun!
