Any Good Video calling Application for android?

Hi,

I am planning to buy an android phone soon. The one feature i am looking for is to be able to use the 3G/4G network of provider while on travel to make video calls to person who is using PC. I tried searching but not able to find any good answer. Please suggest me if there is a good app available where i can be able to do a video call.

Tango Video Calling is superb! Fring works as well... To a computer though..., wait for Skype Video Calling to arrive.
