Ahead of tonights European match, the LFC manager has said that the stadium will sound as if there are 100,000 fans. Anfield has a capacity of only 45,000 but this is the spirit of the scousers. Which football team has a better connection with the fans other than Liverpool?

It'll sound like 2 fans at the 88th minute because they will have all left.

I don't take anything that Brendan Rodgers* says seriously. He's an idiot.

Waiting to see it. No high hopes tho, Zenit, 100 000 fans? Yeah right. Didn't sound like that against more attractive opponents.

well, every time ive been to anfield, its been like a morgue. sing when your winning is liverpool spot on.

It will, well unless we start Allen. I still like him as a player but he needs to build his confidence and this is not the stage for him to start that. Nobody, not even Geordie, can deny that Liverpool fans sing very loudly. Though there was a time when we were outmatched by Newcastle United, when they had Shearer in the front, it seemed like a different club. Now, with their 'Sports Direct Arena', not the same. United fans shouldn't say anything though.

Newcastle.

100,000 fans? Bollocks, it'll sound like 45,000 at kick-off, the end of the match and whenever you score (if you score), after that it won't be anything special.

Over-rated. Only sing loudly at the start and end.
