After termination fee from T-Mobile, can I keep the phone?

I intend on selling it and what not. Will it still be able to work? Ya know, accept a new SIM card/SD card and such?

Yes, you can. If you unlock the phone you can use it on any carrier. If you don't unlock the phone you can use it with T-Mobile or with Straight Talk (by purchasing a SIM Card from them)
