60Hz vs 120Hz for blue ray movies?

Is there a big difference between 60Hz and 120Hz when it comes to watching blue ray movies? I'm looking at two TVs:
1. 46" Insignia 1080i LED 120Hz for $549
2. 50" Toshiba 1080i LED 60Hz for $399

I'm not a big movie watcher (maybe 1 every week or two). Is it worth the smaller screen size and higher price for 120Hz over the 60Hz?
Misprint: Both TVs are 1080p, not 1080i.

Don't buy a 1080i TV, get a 1080p model because they're better.

Edit: It won't make any difference to Blu Ray because movies are never more than 60Hz - it would be better with a computer though, especially if you had a set of Nvidia 3DVision glasses and an Nvidia graphics card that can use them, these need a 120Hz refresh rate capable display. However, most TVs like this use an internal refresh rate of 120Hz but can only accept a 60Hz input, this is done to reduce flicker and they're not suitable for 3DVision shutter glasses.

It would need a dual link DVI input to use a refresh rate of 120Hz at 1080p, an HDMI input can only handle 60Hz at 1080p
