My 6 year old son's nose is covered with tons of little white pimples. He also has started getting them on his chin and on his cheeks (near where sideburns would grow). I have found if I lightly pinch his entire nose (like you so when something stinks) these little white these all start popping and his nose is covered with white puss like stuff.
Is this acne? My ex (his biological father) has really really bad ance growing up and he also had adult acne. I never had acne until I had children and then it was small break outs.
Anyone have any ideas? His skin is really bumpy and it bothers him and looks bad close up. (also I have had to use tweasers to remove a couple black hairs on his cheeks). Please help!
