If you re-cork the bottle and put it in the fridge, it will last 2-3 days. If you want to keep it longer, you can use a wine stopper & pump - it pumps the air out of the bottle and forms an airtight seal that lasts indefinitely.

I have a bottle of the previously named chardonnay. If I open it, is it possible to store it and still drink it. How should I store it? Will it be any good?
