The bear would probably run before it fought 10 people just due to instincts. but if it were really angry and was fighting to survive, HELL NO the bear would rip all of them to shreds without even a struggle.
Remember a full grown grizzly bear can kill a moose with 1 swipe of its paw.
Not to mention if the bear even grazed one of them with a paw they will likely be suffering from some kind of grievous deep slash wound.
and you can't knock out or submit a bear lol

The bear would win. even if they had weapons, unless they were heavy calibers they would still lose.
