I just called my mother, and she doesn't have voicemail on her home phone. Sometimes she forwards it to her Bell Cellphone that has voicemail. When I called the number it rings rings rings rings & then it says 1-XXX-XXX-XXXX is not a recognized mailbox number... Then again in french and hangs up.
Usually if someone doesn't have voicemail, it just rings rings and rings. So why is it saying ths? Has anyone had this problem before or heard this? I called my mother several times and shes not picking up which is causing me to worry.
The number it says that is not a recognized mailbox number, is the same number as the home phone so its not the cellphone saying that.
