My phone is always stuck on the startup and i am not able to move around the menu or call or anything.The first thought of me on fixing this was to update the software ( I know the problem is the software) but the update service program said I already had the latest software!!
does anyone now...
i dont want to buy online; it will be preferable to get it from a shop or something.

Paired with the Sony Ericsson HCB-150 Handsfree and works fine. However, there is a 'magic word' facility on the phone that should turn on voice related functions which after several attempts, checks does not seem to work. Looks like I am doing as the manual says.

Ive got this phone ( in red ) and I was texting my girlfriend when suddenly she didnt reply.. She was on fb so i asked her on there why she didnt reply and she said she did and she tried ringing me, it worked but no messages are coming through..
This happend yday then at around 9 ish around 25...
It won't charge on a mains charge however when I try charging it via USB it comes on perfectly for around 5 minutes then malfunctions and never actually gives charge to my phone.
Any solutions?? Or ideas what the problem could be?
