From all that I can see HP's Envy 23pxt All-in-One Desktop seems like a better deal than what apple offers you in their ipad because it:
1. is a laptop/ipad all rolled up in one
2. has waay more memory
3. Can play lots of things and have programs superior to what ipad's can host
