I bought this pedometer yesterday from celebrity slim and i used it yesterday, when i put it down it turned off after a while but now i don't know how to get it back on?

I can't find it in the manual
I've got an HP with a Vista upgrade that has gotten rather buggy. Well, not buggy, as I might then have bug reports to look at. Rather, I get programs that freeze/stop. Some I can make happen repeatedly, others seems random. I'll see the following:
- Click on a program, and it will never load...
Is there a program that will track what someone does on the computer? internet as well as just computer use? other then checking the recent documents and the internet history... I am looking for something that will show me what the mouse clicked on
