My friend sent me a mp3 via bluetooth but I can't set it as my ringtone. The file is not protected and is 100kb. It's 6 seconds long.

Whenever I call some one I get this annoying voice that says "Please enjoy the music while we connect you to your party" And then I get this VERY annoying elevator/classical music that's driving me crazy.
