ok i was looking at razr v3 but found out it couldnt hold my sd card so will the Motorola RAZR2 V9 for AT&T need a data plan

I got this phone in december 2008 and it worked fine till a few months ago until it stopped charging every time i plugged it into a wall. I bought a new battery and it still doesn't charge. What is the problem? Please help. Thank you.

the battery icon is green and flashing, but when i try to power it on the screen will not power up or the phone.

I just bought a Motorola Razr2 and i need songs that i downloaded using bluetooth from a computer as my ringtone. I have songs that i downloaded from the computer wirelessly using bluetooth and i cant figure out how to get them to be ringtones...

i cannot seem to figure out how to put the alert for text messages only to vibrate without a ringtone or alert tone. I tried everything and it would not work at all i even tried to change the profiles and went toe messages > settings and still couldnt find anything. so can someone please help me...

I currently have at&t and i asked a sales rep from there and they said something about mobile me or something but it costs money. I don't want to pay any money to do such a simple task. I barely have any contacts on my sim card and i do not know of a way to update my sim card.
