So I wanted to add a pin lock on my Sony Ericsson. But it locked itself when I click activate pin, and now I can't do anything on it unless I put in my PUK number. Where can I find my PUK number?????

Okay so, I was messing with my phone last night, and long story short, I blocked my PUK. HOWEVER, it is asking for some Sim Unlock Code of some sort. And it says after 10 attempts of THAT, it will be permanently blocked. So, how do I get this code? Or is my sim permanently "fried" as people say?
