so i charged my ipod for a long time and it was fully charged but then i unpluged it and it will NOT turn on, it only works if its plugged in even if its fully charged
So I just found out I have celiac disease [Can't eat gluten or wheat]. It's caused me A LOT of health problems so I would really like'ta try and stay on a "gluten-free" diet. Can anybody reccomend to me anything as far as food goes?
Or like I know that there are a lot of foods people get that...
I'm just starting a diet change atm, im drinking water everyday and smoothies (no fizzy drinks etc), no greasy junk food, crisps or chocolate (just ryvita, apples, chicken etc)
