    I am on a 1,500 calorie diet. I usually consume about 1,300 daily but eat a lot of cereal and fruit which contains a lot of sugar. I usually have around 200% of my daily sugar needs based on the '2,000 calorie diet label'. I am wondering if this adds on addition calories if I go over the amount...
