i cant open mu legs apart (in a side splits motion) very far at all. like un-naturally not far at all. which is pissing me off because i need them to be at at least a 90 degree angle for kickboxing.
what stretches can i do?
I am doing kickboxing and MMA and don't wanna pull a "corey hill" in the long run lol. any techniques to harden and make stronger? how many times a week and how many reps sets? any other bones I can harden and make better for MMA that you know of? thanks for advice in advance.
