Trying to get contacts off phone to go to my new phone

I'm not sure if it is possible but there is a file on my computer (an Mp3 file) that I want my phone to have but I don't have the USB for it. So is there a way i can send the file through its bluetooth from my computer to my phone? If so, how do i do it?
