I want to burn some movies on a CD and watch it using a dvd player?

i even tried xvid codec and played in windows media player.

i also tried to play in vlc-latest version,and even installed xvid codec to play in windows media player.but still no use...if you donno, name a software to convert this type of video into normal format.

I have been searching for it since it is released. Please tell me if anyone know any torrent of tere bin laden dvdrip.

I have downloaded a movie which is a DVDRip XviD-MAXSPEED (written along with the name of the movie) through a torrent. I am unable to play the movie with any of the players, including DivX, GOM, VLC, Media Player Classic or SM Player. They say, they don't have the necessary codecs to play...

I downloaded a movie and have tried opening it in VLC, Qucktime, and DivX. I even have Perian downloaded so that I have all the codec's. Am i missing something and why is this file not opening? Is it corrupted? This is all being done on a Mac 10.6.4.
