connecting

i use a localhost apache server to test my sites and mobile app on 10.0.0.3 on my localhost. This works fine on android, iphone, blackberry and other pc. But nokia native browser and any other installed browser refuses connection and attemps a www method. Anyone have experince with this problem?

It's allowed through my firewall and all that stuff. Don't know what else to try. I'm on windows 8 if that matters.
