My 2003 Dodge Ram Quad Cab 5.7l hemi revs itself when in park neutral or drive(foot on brake) you can hear it on the exhaust and everything. itll jump from 700 to like 1500 back and forth up and down for about 5 minutes......what could be making it do this

doesn't make them.? The electric cooling fan (auxiliary) relay blew out and got so hot that it melted the fusebox where it plugs in. Now, no relay will make contact in that particular hole. The truck computer wants to see it so I get an engine light on all the time and it won't pass inspection...
