I have a TELUS LG BL40 New Chocolate... The phone was unlocked and used with a different provider. I tried factory reset and still every time that i turn it on it still shows the TELUS logo and alot of things on the phone are still personalized to Telus. Is there a way to remove that?

Well basically everything but the touchscreen works. The power button, volume control, everything works. The phone can be switched on, but the touchscreen just won't work when I touch it. Any help please? Thanks!
