First off for the past 2 weeks I've been on a diet and every weekend I have cheat days.
I had Taco Bell. 4 tacos, the Doritos kinda,
Woke up feeling dreadful. And sick nauseous.
Anything I should take? Or do?

I have a project and need to know:

I cooked spinach yesterday, put it in the fridge, took it out earlier and left it in the counter for like 6-7 hours. I ate like a spoonful before deciding it wasn't worth it. Do you think one spoonful is enough to possibly get a stomach bug?

My dachshund is 9 years old and she ate an entire quesadilla wrapper from taco bell. I only know this because the bag that it was in was on the ground empty and there is no sign of any paper. Should I take her to the vet or will she be able to pass this?
