In the last week I've gone through 2 40 amp fuses for my cooling fans. I've changed my thermostat and gasket.I've checked all my wiring as best as I could(I'm amateur at electrical).It seems that it happens when I put on my a/c.Any help would be appreciated.

My engine vibrates and sounds like its still cranking for a couple of seconds after I turn off the ignition. What could cause that? It has a tendency to vibrate when idling for more than 30 secs. Also, I think I heard a clunk once or twice when I turned it off.
