Okay, so I am 14 years old and I need to lose weight. I am 5"7" and weigh 138. I want to lose 10 pounds. Can someone tell me what exercise should I do everyday and what to eat? Also, where can you find good diets?

if so, are they any different than any other phone? becuase i would just buy an iphone and a to go starter kit and put it in there.. haha help?
