Okay, so I am 14 years old and I need to lose weight. I am 5"7" and weigh 138. I want to lose 10 pounds. Can someone tell me what exercise should I do everyday and what to eat? Also, where can you find good diets?
I know if you have wifi it doesn't but what if you wanted to get on the Internet in the car??
