    I have a verizon pre-paid phone and I want to call a verizon cellphone?

    I have a verizon prepaid phone and I have the $1 a day access charge and the 10 cents a min plan, if I only called people with verizon cellphones during the whole day, will I get charged for the $1 a day access charge?
