If so, I would really love to know what all the interview process consists of. I just got my interview for next week and I would love to be prepared. Do they make you take any sort of tests? How many people do you have to interview with? What is the next step after the initial interview? Also, does anyone know what the pay scale is like and if they start you out on 3rd shift?? Thanks so much!!
