Hey, I just turned 16 and im pretty weak for my age Im about 5"8 and im skinny. I want to build muscle mass in my upper body, and increase my overall strength. Is this workout good? Will it bring results? I will do it once a day, then increase it later on.
BTW this is with 2 15 pound dumbbells
20 flat chest presses
20 bicep curls
10 front raises
20 shoulder presses
15 upright rows
10 shrugs
15 hammer curls
10 french presses (these are hard)
20 half squats
BTW these excersies are found on this site if you dont know what they are

If this wont bring results, please post a workout that i can do with 2 15 pound dumbbells, im willing to do this workout once a day for however long is needed, im dedicated.
