What r the new features to this car, what is the new shift that everyone is talkin about...
Is this a car that is stick shift or automatic...

its a stick and i believe they are coming out with a 7 speed automatic. Its a very nice car

You can get it as an automatic or a stick.
IMO, getting this car, or any sports car, in an automatic is a waste of money.
If you can't drive a manual, you shouldn't be wanting a sports car.

Whether the Z is better than a Mustang GT is a matter of opinion.
IMO, it is better than a Mustang GT.
