Did I eat healthy today?
Is this a good diet meal plan?
I am just trying to check that what I eat daily is right for losing a few pounds. For example:

Today I had:
1 Whole Grain English Muffin w/ Light Philly Cream Cheese
1 Tuna Sushi Roll (small one)
1 Banana
1 small group of Grapes
1/2 a Tuna Salad Sandwhich
Vegetable Juice
10 mini Rice Snacks (120 cal.)
1 cup of Brown Rice
2 oz. Beef
Asparagus
 
Yes that sounds good, always make sure to drink plenty of water and exercise. A really good food to eat if you want to lose weight is celery it has no fat and the best part is that it burns fat as you eat it!

looks like your on the right track and good luck losing a few pounds.
 
It sounds a little light on calories. Are you trying to reduce weight? Does your doctor approve?
