I can barely swallow!, feel ok, but my throat is red, swollen and im struggling to eat, drink or swallow comfortably.. good thing is ive cut back on the cigs today!, but not by choice!, sick of it being a constant irratation, cant even enjoy a coffee!, what can i do to help?, and good old home remedys?, dont have any money, nor alot in the kitchen!, but suggest away, please!...
