I just got the Moto Q 9c ( The updated Q-Smartphone). I have not had a single problem with it until today and it very well may be the network. After 2 hours on the phone with Sprint Tech, all they could do is compose an extensive service ticket.
Problem: I do not recieve texts unless I make/recieve a call and I am connected for about 20seconds. After 20seconds, all the texts sent to me prior to me doing again, all come barrelling in. I can send texts... no problem there.
Any thoughts? I checked network to make sure I am not on Roam only, but nothing.
