I received a text today at 16.35, this was the last time I saw it working.
The next time I picked up my phone was at 17.30 to send a text, the message kept failing to send, I then tried a phone call but there was no dial tone, the phone just said 'connecting'. I had full signal.
I then used my home phone to call my Arc, it went straight to voicemail. I got a friend to send me a text, I didn't recieve it. All other features work fine, I've tried turning it on and off. Removing the SIM etc... Any suggestions?
P.S I am on Orange, I am not scheduled to be billed for this month until October 24th, I currently don't have the right amount of funds in my account, but surely this shouldn't make a difference as I'm still 7 days away from my bill date.
