I have a question on homeade skins for phones.?

I want a skin for my razr v3 but i cant find the one i picture in my mind. How would i go about creating it at home. What stuff do i need. Btw i want a notre dame one all green with gold outline with the little irish guy on the front where the phone begins to flip below the screen.

i believe they sell the blank sheets at best buy or walmart that U can make ur own and print them up
