Does anyone know how to preserve homemade salsa for future use?

Your case
prepare each vegetable separately (canning - freezing )
use the smallest containers
there are canning recipes for salsa
but they require reading and the experimenting
I am not into that.

I don't know if you can do that, without cooking the tomatoes, and then it doesn't taste as good. Cilantro, onions, tomatoes, bell peppers and chili peppers are available all year round; so I just make it fresh once or twice a week. I buy what I need each week at the store.......
