What kind of cute fashions and accessories should I get for school?

Ever since I was in Kindergarden, I was mocked for not having the newest fashions. Now, since my parents are finally giving me an allowance, I can finally choose my own clothes. I just need it to be under 120 dollars. For shorts and skirts, they have to be just 2-3 inches above my knees. I need cute pictures of the clothes and their locations.
No jeans! They hurt my extremelly sensitive skin!
I like capries, not jeans.
