Backlash, it seems to be the thing to whine about for femmies, did it ever

occour to them that with no? GOOD replacement for traditional families gender roles society etc. a backlash is inevitable ? I sure wont risk my childrens wellbeing sanity and chances in a social experiment that has no structure no goal no guidlines no nothing.
And if you think you need to undo before you can create, by all means if you want to undo your children be my guest.
My question is why feminists are surprised about a backlash when they have no good alternative for the nuclear family traditional gender roles etc..
Or even bothered to come up with one.

No I do not assume this, there is also the wrong way.

What children need is quality parenting. That's IT. They don't need one parent to be with them at all times, and that parent doesn't need to be female. A backlash is inevitable when people refuse to learn what's going on outside of the reality they've created for themselves.

There are plenty of alternatives to traditional gender roles. Families make their own ideal set-ups. My mom works, and this is ideal for us and for her.

What you fail to understand is that two wrongs don't make a right. Just because we don't want women to be opressed doesn't mean we want to opress men and force them to look after the kids when they don't want to.

And who the hell puts a new born baby in a ball pit???

What exactly is your question? Are you inferring that having social/personal roles is a bad thing? We all have roles in society and in the home. Roles add a sense of organization, and most peple can't deal with chaos (I know I can't). I can rant and rave all I want to at home, but inevitably, it is I who will dust and vacuum the house. That is not to say my husband doesn't help, and I pay the bills around here just as much as he does, but we still play momma and daddy around here, because those roles are important for structure and the elimination of chaos.
