Bodybuilding and Lossing fat at the same time possible?

Ok well I have recently started going to the gym, I in good shape already, but my goal is to become toned ripped and defined! So I was wondering since I'm bodybuilding shouldn't I be eating more? But at the same time I'm trying to get six pack abs, so I should be watching what I eat? So it confusses me? Can someone please help! Cause I dont want to under eat and lose my muscles?
