How old do you have to be to go to the gym?

I'm 14, but like people think like I'm 18, and I'm just about, just about almost 6ft, so if I tried, would I be able to get in to the gym.
Do all gyms have different policies??
Please help, ty!

My cousin was 13 and he goes to the gym with his dad and no problems.
Going with a parent or uncle would probably make them more likely to let you in
All you have to do is ask the gym, good luck.

I'm 14 and I go to gyms like bally total fitness and they don't care, so you can go to gyms even if you are underage, they won't stop you

Don't think you can unless you go with someone who is 18 or older you should hit the playground and do plyrometrics till your old enough

I'm 14 but I joined the gym when I was 13. Some gyms have different policies than others but most gyms say at 14-16 is ok.
